Evelina Qirjako
Dr. Evelina Qirjako is the founder and Managing Partner of Qirjako | Attorneys at Law. Admitted to the Albanian Bar in 1990 after graduating from the University of Tirana, she established her first law office in 1992, during Albania's transition to a free-market economy.
In 2008, Dr. Qirjako was appointed as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Albania, where she served for nine years in both the Civil and Administrative Chambers. She has also been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana and a training expert at the Albanian School of Magistrates.
Today, Dr. Qirjako is widely recognized as one of Albania's leading legal professionals, with extensive expertise in litigation and domestic and international arbitration.

Erinda Ballanca
Erinda Ballanca is a Partner with more than two decades of legal experience. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana, she has built a distinguished career in constitutional, administrative, and human rights law, as well as complex litigation and legal advisory.
She previously served as the People's Advocate (Ombudsperson) of the Republic of Albania and has held leadership positions within the Albanian Bar Association.
Erinda has also lectured in Constitutional Law at the University of Tirana and contributed to the drafting of key Albanian legislation, including constitutional and legislative reforms. She is widely recognized for her expertise in dispute resolution as well as public law.

Enkelejda Pirushi
Enkelejda Pirushi graduated in Law from the University of Tirana in 1998 and obtained the title of Avokat in 2000.
She has extensive experience in tax, administrative and civil law. Thanks to several years of experience with the tax authorities operating in the Republic of Albania, she is profiled in tax law.
She enjoys a consolidated reputation in the tax field having successfully represented important national and international clients in matters of considerable value

Erind Troka
Erind Troka graduated in Law from the University of Tirana in 2010 and earned the title of Avokat in 2015.
After several years of experience in the public sector, he has returned to the practising law for more than 3 years.
Erind possesses extensive experience in the field of employment relations, property and commercial law, mentioning here clients in the mining, energy and banking sectors. He has been involved several times in public consultations regarding the drafting or amendment of local legislation.
Also, in 2020, he was included in the working group of the legal expert appointed in the proceedings of an international arbitration with the defendant party, an Albanian public authority. Erindi acts as a legal representative in various ad hoc arbitration proceedings taking place in the country.

Krista Mollaj
Krista Mollaj is a dual qualified lawyer in both Albania and England&Wales.
She graduated in Law at the University of Tirana in 2015 and earned the title of Avokat in 2017. She completed her studies at the University of Tirana and was awarded the Gold Medal for excellent results. Her studies continued with a Master's degree at University College London (UCL) where she graduated in international arbitration law.
After several years of work experience in an international law practice in London, she works as a lawyer in Tirana focusing on civil law as well as domestic and international arbitration.
Krista speaks 5 foreign languages as well as English at a professional level due to her education and professional experience.

Ani Kokona
Ani Kokona graduated in Law with excellent results at the European University of Tirana in 2020 and earned the title of Avokat in 2021.
Her field of expertise is civil law with a focus on inheritance and property law as well as commercial law . In her 7 years of professional experience, she has been continuously engaged in compiling legal opinions in various fields for local and foreign clients.
She has been part of the working group of the legal expert appointed in the proceedings of an international arbitration with the defendant party, an Albanian public authority.
Ani has also collaborated with a prestigious European law practice in the framework of the representation of Albanian citizens at the European Court of Human Rights.
